Bring a small pot of water to boil over medium high heat.
Add eggs, cook for 30 seconds, cover the pot, cook on low for 11 min.
Move eggs into ice water for at least 15 min, then peel under cool running water.
A simple hard-boiled egg recipe. Because I can never remember how long Kenji tells me to cook them.
